Excellent location, friendly staff.

The hotel has a great location near attractions and feels safe. The rooms are spacious and equipped with a kitchen, ideal for families. However, the breakfast is quite basic and can get repetitive. Also, the cleanliness could use improvement since service is limited.

The staff provided excellent customer service, particularly Phyilica, who accommodated my request for first-floor rooms due to my sister's knee restrictions. The check-in process was smooth and friendly, and the overall hospitality made our visit memorable.

So I stayed here for 2 nights and while the rooms were mostly clean, I think my feet might have picked up something from the carpet. They had a nice picnic area outside, but breakfast was a letdown—nothing served during my stay. Staff was friendly, but the overall upkeep felt a bit off.
